SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Acceptance Fifty artists will be selected by the juror for exhibition at Estate Fine Art & Fine Find. Artists will be notified of their selection twelve days after the deadline. Accepted art will be posted on the MNARTFIND.org website exhibition page at that time.
Awards Fifty art submissions will be selected by the juror for exhibition at the ESTATE FINE ART & WINE FIND. A Juror’s Choice and three Honorable Mentions will be awarded and featured in the exhibition, the printed show catalog, and the online exhibit gallery. Juror’s Choice will receive free entry and booth fee for 2021 and a complimentary wine glass. Directors Choice will receive 50% off booth fee 2021 & complimentary commemorative wine glass. Awards will be given out on Sunday at 5pm
Submission Fees Waived due to the late start
Once you register we will send you an acceptance form and the payment link for the booth will be required at that time.

Set up on both days 7-11am set and ready to go by 11am
Take down 6pm - Option to keep tents and items up overnight - must be secure and know that there will not be any security on property overnight. Artists take full responsibility to insure their own art and possessions and by paying the booth fee you hereby acknowledge that Sovereign Estates, its owners and employees are not responsible for any art related items or issues while on site. Furthermore, ArtFind and it's founders are not liable for any lost or stolen items and encourage each participant to make sure your art is safe, secure and insured.
We do not anticipate any issues but we have to let you know.
As for Covid - This event is compliant with the rules and has had success in creating safe events since the start of guidelines for covid. We ask that each vendor (artist booth) provide hand sanitizer at your booth
DISCLAIMER: Sovereign Estate is taking every precaution as set forth in the Industry Guidance for Restaurants and Bars issued by MN DEED and have implemented a COVID-19 preparedness plan. Each guest is responsible for their own safety. Guests that are sick should stay home. We ask all guests to agree to observe social distancing guidelines that are posted at winery and agree to not move tables. We encourage guests wear a mask or have one available for visiting any indoor space such as the wine shop of indoor bathrooms. Please use provided hand sanitizers and exercise best hygiene practices and hand washing rules when using the restroom. While our staff will take every precaution to reduce the risk of transmittable disease it is impossible to completely remove total risk to customers. Guests that disregard guidelines may be asked to leave. With this admission fee, you hereby assume full risk, waive all claims and release and hold Sovereign Estate Wine, its owners and employees individually or otherwise, harmless for any and all claims for injuries, illness or damages themselves and their guests.
